About · Sheet 3 of 4
Built like the work should be.
Old Harbor runs on a short list of rules written down years ago and never bent since. Read them below — then hold us to them.

01 · House rules
The standard.
-
On time, or you hear from us first
The arrival window is two hours, not a day. If anything threatens it, you get a call before the window opens — not an apology after it closes.
-
The price is the price
Every job is quoted flat, in writing, before work begins. If we find something unexpected behind the wall, work stops until you've approved a new number.
-
Licensed on every truck
A Massachusetts master plumber runs every job. Permits pulled, inspections scheduled, code followed — even where nobody would ever check.
-
Leave it cleaner
Floor protection goes down before the toolbox opens. Old parts and packaging leave in our truck. The test is simple: could you tell we were there, other than the fix?
-
Stand behind it
Installations carry a two-year labor warranty on top of the manufacturer's coverage. If our work fails, the return trip is on us. (Demo terms — placeholder.)
02 · Coverage map

03 · Plate note
Licensing & the fine print.
Demonstration site
Old Harbor Plumbing & Heat is a fictional company, created by Bay State Sites to demonstrate what a premium trades website looks and feels like. The people, reviews, drive times, warranty terms, and license numbers on this site are placeholders, not real credentials.
On a real site, this panel would carry your actual Massachusetts license numbers, insurance details, and bonding information — displayed plainly, where customers can find them.
Hold us to the standard.
Tell us what's going on and get a flat, written number back. That's rule two.
